Gary Peterson, Ph.D., M.Sc., FP-C, Paramedic, serves as a Tactical Paramedic for the Cecil County Government and is the Founder and Executive Director of White Blaze Emergency Management. With extensive expertise in emergency medical services and leadership roles, Gary has managed over 10,000 patient trauma and medical rescues, significantly improving patient outcomes. Gary holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Sciences and has held various educational and administrative positions, including Adjunct Faculty roles at multiple institutions and Director of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. Gary's strategic planning capabilities and experience in risk mitigation have been demonstrated through managing complex emergency responses and advocating for EMS education and policy.
