Marcus Traxler is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in program management and analysis. Currently serving as Program Manager for the City of Cedar Park since July 2018, Marcus oversees the collection and presentation of performance measures across city departments, enhancing transparency with the finance department. Prior roles include Management Analyst, where responsibilities included managing the Center for Public Safety Excellence Accreditation process, and Director of Operations at Twin Lakes Family YMCA, overseeing multiple departments and managing over 35 staff. With a Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech University and extensive experience in customer service and crisis management, Marcus has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement and program development throughout various positions held across several organizations.
