Wendy Baker joined BID Plymouth in December 2019 as Director of Labor and Employee Relations. In August 2021 Wendy assumed the role of VP, HR Business Partner, a role critical to the alignment of BILH HR strategy and the move toward a shared service model. Wendy has over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in employee relations. She worked previously at Boston Childrenā€™s Hospital and Southcoast Health System. Wendy has a Masterā€™s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Vermont.
