Jennifer Bednar started their work experience in 2001 as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Jennifer then worked for Diners Club International in various roles, including Customer Service and Operations Transition Project Stream Lead, Corporate Service Delivery Manager, and Training & Knowledge Development Coordinator. In 2009, they joined Yarra Ranges Council and held positions such as Executive Officer Customer Service, Manager Corporate Affairs, Manager Innovation & Performance, and Acting Director Corporate Services. In 2021, they became a Member of the Ministerial Gender Equality Advisory Committee at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.
