Alexander Cox currently serves as a Firefighter for the City of Sioux Falls since January 2024 and has been employed as a Forestry Technician with the City of Brookings since October 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Scientist at Banner Associates, Inc. from January 2022 to October 2022, and serving as a Campground Attendant for the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks from July 2020 to November 2021 while completing a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Environmental Science from South Dakota State University in May 2022. Alexander also held the position of Observation Well Technician with the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources for a brief period in 2021, worked as a Bagroom Assistant at the Country Club of Sioux Falls from March 2015 to October 2020, and served as a Barista at Scooter's Coffee from August 2017 to November 2019.
