Lillian Shortley possesses extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles within the tax and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Constitutional Tax Collector for Palm Beach County since April 2019, Lillian previously held positions including Senior Customer Service Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at the Tax Collector's Office. Prior to this, Lillian worked at Verizon in various capacities, including Sales Engineer and Indirect Support Account Manager, where responsibilities spanned from client support to pricing and contract management. Lillian's career began at WorldCom and continued through several positions in customer service and financial reporting. Lillian completed an Associate in Arts degree at Lynn University.
