Shane Weber is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Managing Engineer for Transportation Capital and Transportation at the City of Bremerton since June 2016. Prior to this role, Shane worked as a Project Manager at Parsons Corporation from September 2015 to June 2016 and held a similar position at HDR from February 2007 to September 2015, where Shane also attained the role of Associate. Earlier in Shane's career, a position as Senior Engineer was held at Atkins from November 2004 to February 2007. In terms of education, Shane is pursuing dual master's degrees, an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Master of Science in Data Science at Eastern University. Shane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont from 1998 to 2001.
