Marc Bautista is an experienced water quality and environmental services professional with a diverse background in regulatory compliance and program management. Currently serving as Water Quality Supervisor for the City of Benicia since June 2019, Marc oversees various water and wastewater programs, including process control and pollution prevention initiatives. Previous roles include Program Specialist II for the City of Alameda, Environmental Coordinator for the City of Rohnert Park, and Senior Environmental Specialist at Sonoma County Water Agency, where Marc managed critical projects related to recycled water, habitat restoration, and emergency response.
