Marlon Boeve is an accomplished legal academic and practitioner specializing in environmental law and development law. Currently serving as a member of the editorial board for the Tijdschrift voor Bouwrecht at the Instituut voor Bouwrecht, Marlon also holds the position of Professor in Environmental Law in Spatial Development at Delft University of Technology and is a University Lecturer in Environmental Law at Utrecht University. Additional roles include membership in the appeals committee for the Gemeente Huizen and editorial contributions to the Tijdschrift voor Omgevingsrecht at Boom Juridische uitgevers. Marlon has authored key legal texts, including contributions to the Tekst & Commentaar on the Omgevingswet at Wolters Kluwer Nederland. With prior experience as a senior jurist for the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment and as a lead lecturer in environmental law during the legal training program for lawyers, Marlon has cultivated extensive expertise in the field since beginning an academic career at the University of Amsterdam in 1995. Education culminated with a degree from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by formative years at College Hageveld.
