Yolanda Harris is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in writing, public relations, and educational facilitation. Currently serving as a Writer/Columnist at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Yolanda generates compelling topics and secures interviews for insightful articles. In the role of Communications Manager for the City of Atlanta, Yolanda directs communication, marketing, and public relations strategies while supervising media outreach and social media operations. Previous experience includes developing brand integrity as the Director of Communications at WriteSource, managing strategic planning as an Academic Facilitator for Grand Prairie ISD, and establishing partnerships and improving student performance as a Public Relations Spokesperson at Mansfield ISD.
