Edward Kraus, MBA, possesses extensive experience in claims examination, quality control, telecommunications, and operations management. Currently serving as a Claims Examiner at the Department of Labor and Regulation since January 2018, Edward oversees data initiatives and adjudicates claims under the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act. Prior to this role, Edward worked at Allegheny Technologies Incorporated as a Quality Controlman, leading operational teams and managing risk assessments. Edward's background includes military service in the US Army, where responsibilities included telecommunications support and operational leadership. Edward holds a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hill University, completed in 2017.
