Gregory Elliott is an experienced municipal administrator and legal professional, currently serving as the City Administrator for the City of Adrian since September 2020, following an interim appointment in July 2020 and a prior role as Community Development Director starting in September 2019. Elliott also operates a legal practice, Gregory M. Elliott, P.L.C., with a focus on business, real property, and land use matters since October 1998.
