Annika Fridolf is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in fund management and property acquisition. Currently serving as a Partner and Fund Manager at Brunswick Real Estate, Annika oversees a EUR 800 million portfolio across Sweden, Finland, and Estonia. Previous roles include Co-Head of Direct Property at APN Property Group Limited, where Annika sourced investment opportunities in Australia, and Associate Director at Élan Property Group, managing a portfolio for Singapore-based TC Advisors worth over AUD 1 billion. Earlier experience includes positions at LaSalle Investment Management, Resource Real Estate, and Catella Corporate Finance, focusing on various aspects of property investment, acquisitions, and advisory. Annika holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investments from the University of Gothenburg.
