Sandy Kuohn is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in driving organizational culture and employee engagement within the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Colleague Officer at City National Bank since July 2022, Sandy previously held significant roles at Huntington National Bank, including Human Resources Strategy & Culture Director and Chief Human Resources Officer across several acquired entities. Sandy's earlier career includes leadership positions at Chemical Bank and Talmer Bank, where management of comprehensive HR functions was central. Additionally, Sandy led the global Human Resources organization at Urban Science Applications, overseeing HR practices across multiple countries. Sandy’s experience also encompasses ownership of SDK Consulting and roles in organizational development. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with Honors from Michigan State University.
