Ruaridh Hepburn is a Customer Onboarding Manager at CitNOW, a position held since December 2020, after serving as Customer Onboarding Co-Ordinator. Hepburn completed a 14-week intensive Data Analysis course as a Data Analyst Student at CodeClan from July to October 2020, focusing on data manipulation, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
