Søren Hirsbak is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in sourcing, category management, and change management. Currently serving as the Procurement | Sourcing & Digital Lead at Semler Gruppen A/S since March 2021, Søren drives procurement transformation initiatives. Previous roles include leadership positions at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, where Søren oversaw Global Procurement Solutions and regional processes in EMEA, as well as IT category management with responsibility for significant spend. Prior experiences also include consulting at Capgemini and IBX Business Network, strategic procurement management at Nycomed and Nordea, and a foundational role at NCC. Søren holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School and has participated in international education programs in Japan and India.
