Poornima Jothivel is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in technical consulting and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and PaaS Technical Consultant at Citizens since September 2021, Poornima has previously held positions such as PaaS Technical Consultant at Florida Blue from April 2016 to August 2021 and Senior IBM WebSphere Portal Admin at AAA from April 2013 to January 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Lead - IBM WebSphere Portal at Allstate from November 2008 to April 2013 and an IBM WebSphere Portal Admin role at Wipro Technologies from September 2004 to October 2008. Poornima holds an M.S. in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
