Gustavo Leite is a Senior Android Developer with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently working at Banco PAN since October 2021, where efforts focus on payroll loans, vehicle financing, and secured loans, including leading mobile development teams and implementing unit tests and automated UI tests. Prior to Banco PAN, Gustavo served at Zup Innovation, contributing to the "Cartão Branco" project for Itaú, and at Sicredi, enhancing credit granting applications while fostering a culture of unit testing. Early in the career at Ilegra, Gustavo developed a self-service banking channel for Agibank and completed a software development internship, specializing in Java and agile methodologies. Gustavo holds a degree in Tecnologia em Sistemas para Internet from IFRS, obtained in 2019.
