Alan Presley has extensive experience in customer service and management across multiple industries. Since August 2011, Alan has served as a Customer Account Representative at Citizens Energy Group, addressing customer billing inquiries and providing guidance. Prior to this role, Alan worked as a Customer Service Representative for Veolia Water and as a Vacation Guide for Resort Condominium International, where responsibilities included advising customers on vacation exchanges. Alan also has experience in retail management, having held positions as Store Manager at Best Buy and Kmart Corporation, along with operating a distribution business for Little Debbie Snacks at Presley and Sons Inc. Alan holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
