Matthew Kuryla is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Food & Beverage Area Manager for the South East Region of the USA at citizenM hotels since August 2018. Kuryla has held various roles at citizenM, including Assistant General Manager and Interim Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, Kuryla worked in commercial development at DSignage and managed a restaurant at Las Olas Gazebo in Key Biscayne, FL. Kuryla also completed an internship at Fairmont Dubai and began a career in hospitality during the internship program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College, along with a high school diploma from Wellington International School in Dubai.
