Katerina Wagner has extensive experience in public relations, starting as an intern at Citi in 2011 and progressing to roles such as Marketing Intern at IKEA España in 2012. Katerina then worked at PRCo International as a Senior PR Account Executive handling luxury hotel accounts. Following this, Katerina held roles at Grifco PR and Black Diamond Limited before joining citizenM hotels as Global PR Manager and eventually becoming the Global Head of PR in 2024. Their responsibilities included managing client accounts, developing media strategies, securing coverage, organizing press trips, and hosting events.

Katerina Wagner attended Copenhagen International School from 2000 to 2003 and then International School of Prague from 2003 to 2009. Katerina later pursued a degree in Modern Languages with Business at the University of Nottingham from 2009 to 2013.
