Nadia Kuzmina is an accomplished technology product manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as an XVA Technology Product Manager at Citi since April 2021, Nadia leads program, project, and product management efforts for a diverse portfolio of over 15 multi-year projects and oversees the CVA product backlog for nine global Agile Product teams. Prior to this role, Nadia worked at Deutsche Bank from September 2015 to April 2021 as both an xVA Trading Technology Product Owner and an FX PB Technology Project Manager, contributing to significant regulatory programs and system migrations. Nadia's career began at Luxoft as a Functional Analyst in early 2014. Academically, Nadia holds dual Master's degrees in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and Economics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
