Kshama Singh is an Associate Product Manager at Digio.in since August 2023, with a prior role as a Senior Product Analyst at HighRadius from May 2019 to September 2022. At HighRadius, Kshama contributed to enhancing user experience through AI-based collections and automated dunning processes, as well as designed user flows for autonomous software and flagship products incorporating advanced technologies like real-time speech transcription. Kshama also has experience as a Product Analyst and Summer Intern, where projects included developing an AI-Enabled B2B FinTech application for payment date prediction.
