Michelle Fung currently serves as Vice President of Global Compensation at Citi, with a career trajectory that reflects a strong focus on human resources and compensation management. Since joining Citi in July 2019, Michelle has held various titles, including Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Analyst, contributing significantly to HR-related functions, talent management, and compensation planning for the Global Consumer Bank. Previous experiences include recruitment leadership at Forté Campus at Cornell, a summer internship in Group Leadership & Talent Management at AIA, and a human resources internship at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and has also pursued studies at New York University and the University of Cambridge.
