Candace Patmon-Griggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, primarily within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as the GRCT Risk & Control Platform Transformation Lead and Senior Vice President at Citi since March 2023, Candace previously held significant roles at Capital One as Director of Technology for Identity and Access Management, and at Gateway First Bank as Director of the Project Management Office, where Candace established governance processes. With a strong background at Santander Consumer USA, MLS Data Management Solutions, Southwest Airlines, T-Mobile, Verizon, and SBC, Candace has consistently demonstrated expertise in delivering transformative initiatives, improving governance, and leading agile teams. Candace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
