Clare Fearnley has over two decades of experience in advisory and support roles, primarily within the construction and trade sectors. Currently serving as a New Entrant Employer Support Advisor and Key Account Adviser at CITB since October 2012, Clare focuses on apprenticeship recruitment and the enhancement of in-house recruitment processes for key construction accounts. Previous roles include Apprenticeship Officer at Construction Skills and a Volunteer Fund Raising Co-ordinator for the John Holt Cancer Support Foundation, a charity featured on Channel 4's The Secret Millionaire. Additionally, Clare worked as an International Trade Advisor at UK Trade & Investment, providing strategic support to exporters. Educationally, Clare holds a BA (Hons) in Human Geography from Edge Hill University.
