Muhammed Fouad is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at FLSmidth since August 2012, Muhammed is responsible for the operational delivery of HR services, including benefits administration and compliance with company policies. Prior roles within FLSmidth include Business Support Lead, HR Business Partner, and Compensation & Benefits Section Head, highlighting strengths in HR metrics, policy development, and employee relations. Previous positions at ASEC Company for Mining - ASCOM and Silika Mining Co. provided foundational experience in payroll, personnel management, and financial auditing. Muhammed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University and a Diploma in English Language and Literature from the AUC School of Continuing Education.
