Ruilin Li has a diverse work experience in the field of quantitative research, machine learning, and biostatistics. Most recently, they worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel Securities starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Research Scientist at Meta from July 2021 to November 2022. They also gained experience as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Facebook in June 2020 and as a Biostatistics Intern at Genentech in June 2019.

Ruilin Li pursued a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they attended Stanford University from 2017 to 2021 and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computational and Applied Mathematics.
