Salim Syed is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in equity research and investment banking, specializing in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Managing Director at Mizuho, Salim leads the Equity Research department and heads the Biotechnology Research team, while also holding the position of Senior Biotechnology Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Equity Research at Evercore ISI, Associate Managing Director at ISI Group, and Associate in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley.
