Jack Karafotas has experience working in various roles and companies. In 2019, they joined Citadel Securities as an Options Trader and later transitioned to the role of Options Quantitative Researcher in April 2022. Prior to this, Jack worked as a Hybrid Options Trader Intern at Belvedere Trading, LLC in 2018. In 2017, they served as a Data Science Intern at Twine Labs, and in 2016, they had internships as a Data Science Intern at DataXu and a Sales Intern at BrandSlip. Additionally, Jack worked as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative at College Pro and as a Venture Capital Intern at JUMP Investors in 2016.

Jack Karafotas attended the International School of Prague from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their high school education. Jack then went on to study at Brown University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics (Honors).
