Amanda Schmidt currently serves as the Global Chief People Officer at Cision, where leadership focuses on enhancing consumer and media intelligence for communications professionals. Previous roles include Chief People Officer of Edelman, leading HR transformation for over 4,000 employees, and Global Chief People Officer at DEPT® and Essence, where efforts centered on HR, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Amanda also holds experience from Havas Worldwide and R/GA, implementing resource management strategies and fostering women in leadership initiatives.
