Magnada Dory is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Race Forward since March 2021. Previously, Magnada held various roles at Healthfirst from April 2004 to April 2019, including Director of HR Compliance and Director of Employee Relations, where responsibilities included improving HR processes, ensuring compliance, and developing corporate policies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Earlier career experience includes multiple HRBP roles at AIG from February 1998 to April 2004, providing support to over 800 employees across various divisions. Magnada holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
