Kelly Alleen-Willems is a seasoned UX research professional currently serving as Director of UX Research at Cisco since May 2021. Previously, from September 2019 to April 2021, Kelly managed a strategic UX research team at Hulu, enhancing the credibility and effectiveness of the research organization. Kelly's experience also includes leading user research at C-SATS, Inc. for surgical skill improvement initiatives and serving as Senior UX Researcher and Research Manager at Vulcan Inc., where contributions supported a range of philanthropic and technology projects. In earlier roles, Kelly excelled at Big Fish Games and contributed to community health initiatives at Whatcom Coalition for Healthy Communities. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Applied Anthropology and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University and Western Washington University, respectively.
