Louis Mazzola has over 12 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Louis began their career in 2009 as an Information Systems/Desktop Analyst I at Partners HealthCare. In 2012, they moved to Atos where they served as a Project Technician II. In 2015, they joined Schernecker Property Services, Inc. as a Salesforce Development Specialist. In 2019, they became the Salesforce Manager at ClinEdge. Currently, they are a Senior Salesforce Administrator at TOPS Software and a Salesforce Engineer at Circuit Clinical.

Louis Mazzola has completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Salem University, and has an Associate's degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute-Norwood.
