Qiquan Wee is an accomplished Programme Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and defense sectors. Currently at Circles.Life, Qiquan is responsible for managing the internal program direction, budget, and contract management for launching a new product in a foreign market. Prior to this role, Qiquan served at DSTA, overseeing engineering-related acquisition projects and leading a technical team in software and hardware integration evaluations. Qiquan also acted as Project Manager for the Enhanced Munition Loader project, aimed at optimizing manpower and improving crew performance. An earlier internship as an Aeronautic Engineer at Airbus involved developing a rapid computational fluid dynamics package. Qiquan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Imperial College London.
