Esther Onu is an MBA candidate specializing in Human Resource Management at Ahmadu Bello University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from the University of Port Harcourt. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company, Esther also holds the role of Human Resources Facilitator at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Associate at IFORTIS WORLDWIDEâ„¢ and an English Language Teaching Assistant at N-POWER, among other teaching and volunteer roles. Esther is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and possesses a strong background in workforce planning and human resources training.
