Nomzamo Hlwele has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cipla South Africa since June 2015. Previously held the position of Deputy Manager - HR Officer within the same organization. Nomzamo's career began as a Branch Office Administrator at DEBT TRACKER, followed by a role as HR Administrator/Generalist at False Bay College. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from UNISA and an Honours degree in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, completed at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and UNISA from 2019 to 2020.
