Jonathan Janisak is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, technology, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Cencora since May 2024, Jonathan previously held the role of Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing diverse talent acquisition strategies across various business units. Jonathan’s earlier experience includes pivotal roles at TE Connectivity, where Jonathan was Head of Global Talent Acquisition, and at Cigna, where Jonathan managed recruitment processes across multiple business lines. Jonathan commenced a career in employer relations and student recruitment at Drexel University and the University of Pittsburgh. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
