David Bond is an experienced professional in health and safety management, currently serving as the Group General Manager for Health and Safety at CIMIC Group Limited since December 2017. Prior to this role, David Bond held various positions including General Manager of Health, Safety & Security at Thiess Pty Ltd from April 2011 to December 2017, Executive General Manager of Zero Harm at Downer from August 2010 to April 2011, and Group General Manager of Health, Safety & Environment at Transfield Services from September 2003 to August 2010. David Bond holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Environment from Western Sydney University and a Graduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Newcastle, in addition to completing the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship at The Ethics Centre.
