Andy Waters is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, mineral sales, and emergency services. As the Property Marketing Manager and Owner of B&S Property Management, LLC since June 2011, Andy oversees housing options in the Appalachian Mountains. Additionally, as Southeastern Accounts Manager at Cimbar Performance Minerals, Inc. since February 2010, Andy focuses on building strong customer relationships and maintaining high standards in service and product development. Previously, Andy served as a Fire Fighter and EMT-I at Chatsworth Fire Department from March 2003 to October 2011, demonstrating a commitment to community service. Andy holds a degree from Dalton State College, completed between 2002 and 2007.
