Cindy Gauvreau, CRHA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various strategic HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner in Human Resources at CIMA+ since July 2020, Cindy provides comprehensive support to managers and employees within the Building sector. Previously, Cindy held positions such as Business Partner for Talent and Culture at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where responsibilities included managing complex performance cases and developing talent strategies. Experience also includes HR management roles at OPTEL, where Cindy oversaw a team and implemented key HR policies during an accelerated business growth phase, and earlier roles at WSP in Canada and Unisource Canada. Cindy holds a BAA in Human Resources from Université de Sherbrooke.
