Dalon Guimont has a diverse range of work experience. Dalon started their career as an Intern at Think Tank Inc in 2012. Dalon then worked as a Bartender/Server at Outback Steakhouse from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they became an Account Executive at iCore Networks. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at CCS FLOORS. Dalon then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at Friends and Family Flooring from 2018 to 2019. Dalon later became a District Manager at Hughes from 2019 to 2020. Dalon is currently working as a Project Manager at CICONIX starting from September 2020.

Dalon Guimont obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business from 2008 to 2012.
