Cole McCammack has a diverse work experience. Currently, they are working at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) as Strategic Finance, Growth and Profitability. Prior to this, they worked at Focus Healthcare Partners LLC, where they held the roles of VP of Acquisitions & Asset Management and AVP of Acquisitions & Asset Management. Before that, they worked at Ventas, Inc. as a Manager, Asset Management and also held positions such as Senior Investment Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Business Analyst. Cole started their career as a Credit Analyst at Wintrust Financial Corporation and also worked as a Treasury Management Intern at Barrington Bank and Trust. Additionally, they have experience working as a Wetland Restoration Intern at V3 Companies. Throughout their career, Cole has gained expertise in areas such as strategic finance, acquisitions, asset management, analysis, valuation, and financial planning.

Cole McCammack attended Barrington High School from 2004 to 2008. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at the University of Iowa from 2008 to 2012. Cole double majored in Finance and Economics during their time at the University.
