Santosh Kumar has extensive work experience in data analysis, quality monitoring, and operations management. Starting their career at LET Pvt. Ltd in 2008, they held roles in data analysis and quality monitoring until 2013. Santosh then transitioned to EGIL, where they continued similar work until 2016. Moving to Tech Mahindra in 2016, they served as a Tech Lead until 2021. Santosh then joined Capgemini as an Operations Manager (Global) in Data & Analytics until 2022. Currently, Santosh Kumar works at InfoCepts as a Delivery Ops Lead - PM.

Santosh Kumar completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from LIET in 2008. Santosh then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Analytics, Data Science, and Python from AnalytixLabs, IBM, and IIT Roorkee, respectively.
