Rachelle Lapham is a Research Scientist at Cibus, leading the R&D Cell Biology PCM team and serving on various committees focused on quality culture and diversity. Previously, Rachelle held multiple roles at Calyxt, including PCM Creation Team Manager and Technology Development Research Scientist, where responsibilities included managing plant cell matrix development and advancing gene editing methods. Rachelle's early experiences include teaching assistant roles at Purdue University and contributions to research at Dow AgroSciences. Rachelle earned a PhD in Molecular Biology and a BS in Biology from Purdue University, with research focused on plant genetic transformation and microbiology.
