Ward Penney is a seasoned product developer and designer with extensive experience in user experience design, front-end development, and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Developer at Churn Buster, Ward previously held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at Good Dog, where user research efforts were led to inform product discovery and enhance interface efficacy. Additional roles include Co-Owner of MoMo Jewelry, Freelance Web Developer & Designer, and various positions at thoughtbot, Pivotal Labs, chloe + isabel inc., and FAST Enterprises. Ward holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
