Mark Quaglia is an experienced product manager with a background in enterprise software and a strong foundation in technical sales support and software development. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at ACI / Online Resources since May 2011, Mark has previously held senior product management roles at Comverse and CSG Systems, where responsibilities included managing product life cycles and developing strategies. Mark's early career at Lucent Technologies included roles as Sales Engineering Manager and Software Development Manager, where Mark led teams and provided critical customer solutions. Mark holds a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
