Anne Scherrer DipM is an experienced marketing professional with a substantial background in the property development sector. Currently serving as a Regional Marketing Manager at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd since May 2009, Anne specializes in planning and executing marketing strategies aimed at achieving targets within budget. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Executive and Secretary/PA to the Sales and Marketing Director at McCarthy & Stone from February 1995 to October 2008, as well as several administrative and management positions in various organizations. Anne has been involved in all stages of the property development lifecycle, from site identification to on-site sales.
