Priti Bhave is a seasoned professional in talent development and leadership coaching with extensive experience across various companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Development at Chubb, Priti has previously held significant positions including Head of Coach Practice at BTS and Managing Consultant and Founder of Hyphen En Dash Pte Ltd. In addition to independent consulting in management and leadership assessment, Priti has also contributed as a Principal and Consultant at Korn Ferry Hay Group. Priti holds a PGPM in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and is a certified Test User (Ability and Personality) through TalentQ and the British Psychological Society.
