Angelika Steiner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angelika is currently working as the Head of Strategy & HR at Sozialversicherung der Selbständigen. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Specialist Group Strategy at ÖBB from 2016 to 2020. Angelika also briefly worked at unu GmbH in 2016 in the Operations & Expansion role. Angelika has experience in innovation and sustainability management, having worked at the Federal Procurement Agency Austria from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they worked in customer complaint service at IKEA Group from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have had roles in project management at Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2011, internal audit and budget at the Federal Ministry of Defense in 2010, internal audit at PORR AG in 2009, and as a tax intern at Deloitte Österreich in 2009.

Angelika Steiner completed their education in a chronological order. Angelika first attended Vienna Bilingual High School Draschestraße from 2004 to 2008 and received their High School Diploma. From 2008 to 2012, they then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies & Public Management at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Following that, from 2014 to 2016, they completed a CEMS Master in International Management program with a focus on Strategic Innovation Management / Operations at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Their most recent educational achievement is a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Coaching and Organizational Development, which they obtained from Sigmund Freud University Vienna from 2018 to 2020.
